- Location on the edge of Chinatown and Kensington Market
- Location. Downtown is less than a half hour brisk walk. Even closer to The Kensington District and Chinatown. They have parking on premise, currently only $12 CAD a day.
- Can't think of a thing that pleased me about this hotel.
Cons -
- Many rooms are government-provided accommodation for homeless women. Not a problem for us, but could be for others.
- The Front Door handle, was wrapped in Duct Tape, making it slimy to the touch. Many of the rooms, are used for subsidized housing for low-income, no-income residents. If you feel uncomfortable in this type of area, I'd suggest staying elsewhere.
- No electronic door security. My room key was shiny - how many duplicates are out there? People (non-travelers?)loitering outside and congregating near the elevator. I did not feel safe at this property.

Can't think of a thing that pleased me about this hotel.
