- Location was central
- Very friendly staff and so accommodating.
- The staff was excellent!
Cons -
- Check-in was poor. They put us in a room that was noisy with partying students. We requested the room that we originally paid for facing Trinity Church. In the room, there was poor quality soap, towels and other amenities. Did not meet expectations.
- Room didn?t seem to get cool enough. Safe didn?t work and we asked 2 times to get it fixed. Nobody came up or even called us about it.
- Location is great, but the actual block that the hotel is on is not great. Seems a bit dangerous at night.
