- it was very clean and staff friendly and helpful
- Appreciated the front desk service and that they do things to minimize waste¿like pick up decaf coffee/tea/pool towels from the front desk. Also the fridge wasn¿t cold but staff were so quick to come and fix the problem.
- Always clean, front desk is always super helpful and kind.
Cons -
- Thru no fault of the hotel, a powerful storm cut off all power¿it took hours to get lights/heat/restaurant kitchen working again, so that affected our plans. We had to rearrange where to meet friends to eat and did not get to try the pool. But bed¿s goo
- There was a guy kicked out of a room apparently as we entered. He was sitting outside as we would go in and out. It looked like later there was a police patrol.
- The door card key did not work at the entrance door, or at our room door. The staff replaced the card with a new one. There was not a free breakfast, as advertised. In the lobby, muffins and fruit were provided.
