  • Exceptional customer service
  • The hotel and room was very nice.
  • It felt like home away from home: Thoroughly comfortable, clean, and charming. Each room is unique, the sheets, bedding and bathroom were spotless. We enjoyed the complementary coffee which was amazing. Stellar location as well.

Cons -

  • the hotel is very near a railway and trains went through every few hours disturbing our sleep.
  • If not for how close it is to the train bridge and the frequency of trains we would have rated it far higher. Unfortunately this cannot be helped and there are noisy trains passing all night. If you don't mind the noise we would recommend it.

The hotel, a converted historic home was charming, the staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. It was within walking distance of the water. If not for the trains we would stay here again.
