- When mentioned my birthday, was given a card signed by all the staff and a piece of cheesecake ?
- The best was the spacious room and such comfy beds.
- I made 4 complaints about teenagers running, screaming, singing, and jumping in the corridor outside of my room. The front desk kept telling me that they will send someone up but it took 4 calls and over one hour
Cons -
- Toilet broke, but maintenance fixed it quickly.
- Pool was closed.
- Had to change rooms because HVAC in 1 was not working; too noisy in 2nd room but manageable. Bathtub in 2nd room backed up while showering. Food in hotel dining room was very disappointing; order took too long and was not correctly prepared when served.
