The St. Laurent Shopping Center, one of Ottawa's largest malls, is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Guests at the WelcomINNS Ottawa can begin their morning with a complimentary continental breakfast, or in the on-site fitness area before going out for the day.

Pros +
- Nice large and clean room. Small refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine also.Free parking, free continental breakfast. 5 minutes walk to Laurent mall where you can take the O-train (subway/tram) and in less then 15 minutes you're in downtown Ottawa
- Not to much noiise
- Location and problem resolution. Pleasant desk staff and room matenance staff.
Cons -
- The room was not done for all three nights We spent there. No towels changed, not even the garbage taken out.
- It smell smoke in the room
- Unresolved internet issues, lack of accessible outlets for device charging, rooms not made up and no explantion given, coffeemaker in room made gross coffee. Scheduled power outage by Ottawa utilities not mention or advised prior to check in.
