When I attempted to do an early check in the lady at the front mentioned that I can check in early if I pay the difference of a currently available room
Not perfectly cleaned (saw a few hairs that were not mine in the room), no microwave
The condition of the cleaning. No conditioner and no soup (only shampoo and body shampoo)

Location was best however, you have limited your response box for the next question, so you will not be able to hear more than one concern or suggestion about the hotel.

Booking the hotel was difficult. I tried to contact the hotel directly, but you have taken over booking and the effect is that I do not have standing for any issues at the hotel. The price was outrageous, compared to what my colleagues paid.
