The location is in an affluent area of the city and is very accessible to public transit (buses and subway). The room looked just like the photos and was quite large. Price was very reasonable. Basic table, chair, night tables, and wardrobe are provided.
Its in a very quiet neighborhood and super easy place to find. Feels like home

Cons -

Room was very cold. There were large spiders crawling all over the walls. You can hear people walking loudly on the floor above you. Just 1 shared bathroom - was tiny and with mold in the shower. You will be charged for other guest's mess in common area.
