- They can use better mattresses and put heat in the hall. I wanted to go to for swim and could not because it was too cold.
- Everything else.i smoked outside late check-in.only in room 9 hours .I used cardboard cup outside as ashtray for half a cigardo when I put cig out in cup with little water in it. When I leave I put cup in garbage. They took $250 from 300 deposit. Unreal.
- The room shouldn't have been rent... the smell in the room was horrible. The air traps from the restaurant just under the room were right under our windows. There was holes in the walls. Big lack of furnitures in the room and the floor was way uneven.

Location
Housekeeping never came had to ask for linen and toilet paper. They were renovating the hotel room next door a lot of banging and drilling.
