  • This was the worst experience I ever had. I was charged a hotel stay and was not able to attend trip.
  • Everyone was friendly and the rooms were clean and beautiful
  • Location, cleanliness, decorum

Cons -

  • Poor customer service I received untrue claims about refund.
  • Not a lot of food options near by.
  • We were not told about the parking fee when we checked in. It initially caused a little confusion, as my bank denied the charge as fraud.
