Pros +
- Staff were good and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Our room was nice facing the river. Bed linen was nice and clean. Always found a parking spot.
- The breakfast food was fantastic and the location was great
- The location was great!! We wished the check-in staff would have been more helpful with information. We did not find out until the day we left they had bikes available for use.
Cons -
- the bathroom tiles had black Mold in several places. The patio furniture was dirty and torn cushions. Our room was fine but a couple that came with us were put in a basement room. The window was covered by scaffolding. No phone, tv not working.
- They were undergoing renovations and it was a mess around the outside. One of the workers cleaned his boots off on the mat inside with a lot of mud and dirt and it was not removed during our 2 day stay
- Wished they would let customers know that it has ongoing renovations going on.

My first time staying at a Bed & Breakfast and now it's the only way I would go. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was top notch. I have already recommended them to my friends. This is the place to stay at the Falls.
No major problems,they are renovating right now but whens it's done, it's going to super nice.
