- Great hotel and the workers are very helpful and nice and they also upgraded my room so had more room for my kids

- The sauna didn't work, the hot tub didn't work. Whole reason why I booked there
- Pool was closed
- The pool was not open - they should not advertise something thats closed. they did not clear the snow properly; not enough parking spaces; NO FRIDGE (disappointed)
