- We had a problem with the cooling in our room so they moved us promptly and I was very satisfied with the change.
- Two soap/lotion dispensers were empty. The bed was shot. My wife and I would both sink to the middle. The hot water would take five minutes to arrive in the shower!
- The food ordered at the room services was the worst food I have ever tasted. The chocolate cake was stale and dry . Food was cold without any taste , chicken was so hard . It was just not edible .
