- The staff was excellent, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and promptly addressed our concerns.

- My car was stolen from the hotel parking lot. So my overall impression of the hotel is poor.
- The security is very weak. During our stay one afternoon I saw 2 young white males trying everyone door to see if they were unlocked to steal stuff. When I opened the door hearing someone was trying to open it then they fled. The staff did send security.
- Likely the worst breakfast I’ve seen at a hotel

Location and size of the room
It is showing its age. Every Towneplace Suites I've stayed at has been crisp, clean and modern. This site is not modern. Also, it is an airport hotel that does not have a shuttle and does not help in any way to facilitate travel to the airport.
