Cons -
- some funny smells all over, business center was not working for a whole week! I was told it has been down for months-where are the management? On vacation? internet needs sign-in every day with double pw entry ?!?!
- Check in process took 25 minutes, kids playing floor hockey in the hallway at 8/9am in the morning, walls were thin and I could hear everything from next door, staff charged me a pet fee for my service dog. No response from the manager regarding a refund.
- I did not like the blood stains on my pillowcase. I didn't like that there were leaves on the sheets of the sofa bed. I hated the placement of the shampoo bottles on the shower wall. It made for an uncomfortable shower & I kept hitting my arms on them.
