- The front desk was amazing and so helpful. The suite was also nice.
- The location is perfect, being just off the 401.

Cons -
- Toilet paper holder was broken. 5th floor had a unique smell coming off the elevator. AC didn?t really work that well as the fan for the unit in the bedroom whirred at weird intervals.
- our toilet was the lowest toilet I have ever sat on. I thought I was going to need help to get off it. With an aging population, stop buying the cheapest and get something more accommodating to old folks.
- Our room appeared clean upon entry. We arrived late. Got the kids in bed and then realized the shower was wet and full of hair. The garbage had been used and not emptied. When we asked for it to be cleaned they said they couldn?t.
