This central Kitchener hotel is just a 2-minute drive to Emmanuel Bible College. It features a terrace with lounge area and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and a cable TV. Every room at Fairway Inn and Suites includes a microwave and mini-fridge. Guests can relax in the seating area while watching a DVD or listening to the radio. A large work desk is also provided. - The location was central to Kitchener activities. The room was clean, warm and dry. Staff were polite.
- It was quiet and had options for smoking and non smoking room. We got what we paid for and were happy

Cons -
- Customer service and room
- Bathroom taps were falling out of sink. Toilet paper dispenser was off the wall. Smoke detector seemed to be missing. Room was nice size but old and tired. Similar priced hotel nearby offered pool, breakfast, lobby and modern facility. This had none.
- When we got there no towels and no toilet paper we where over charged and the room had bed bugs
