This hotel is less than 5 minutes' drive from Toronto Pearson International Airport and a free shuttle service is available to all guests. Renovated in 2016, the hotel features a glass-enclosed indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. Each guest room includes a Plush Sheraton Signature Bed with luxurious linens. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a refrigerator, movable work desk and in-room safe. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for ample natural light and can be opened to let in fresh air. The bathroom contains a back-lit mirror. - Last night, I went to bed around 1:00AM During this time I didn?t get a wink of sleep, occasionally when I?m about to fall asleep noises kept me awake. This made meven have the strength Also, last night I waited for the shuttle bus more than a hour.
- No traffic in the area
- Location. Shuttle service. Free wifi. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Cons -
- 1 - A/C failed to function in the middle of the night. 2 - The bath tub wash severely chipped 3 - The smoke detector battery died at around 6 am that woke us up. The staff team may need to replace the battery more often 4 - Parking was too expensive
- The person who answers the phone for the shuttle service needs some training. When you arrive at1:00am. discourteous the last thing you need!!!!
- There was quite a bit of trash behind the tv console / dresser unit.
