- Cleanliness and prompt service
- The guest services manager was very accommodating and helpful allowing us to book in early since my wife was not feeling well The GSM personally went to check the room to make sure it was ready for us

- None at this point
- I cannot accept being charged $--- for no reason plus a $250 damage deposit.
- The bed was saggy and should be replaced
