Pros +
- Had an outside door. Good location.
- Beds were good
- Front desk staff friendly and apopolagetic for not having a room available for us.
Cons -
- Staff was incredibly rude upon arrival at 8pm. Had to get key redone at 12:30 am as well which is fine but the desk clerk was very rude (a different one). Breakfast was a joke. Was not as advertised. Will not Stay here again.
- Doors did not unlock with card key Room smelled poorly Rug was beat up smelly frayed Pool was busted and no one told us Breakfast was dismal
- The handicap room was not very handicap friendly. Tub was to high to step in. The raised toilet seat was still low. Luckily there was a grab bar for standing back up. The bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like you were falling off.
