- Location¿.and the staff were all friendly and went the extra mile to assist us.
- The location of this hotel is excellent as we were shopping at the Midtown Mall. I love the underground parking , parking paid. The staff was friendly and prompt with any request. The pool was extremely warm in the evening- cooler in the morning .
- The location! It is so perfect. The mall is across the street and looking at the window with a wonderful downtown view! The hotel¿s modern interior design is wonderful and artistic together with their room. And all clean & well maintained.
Cons -
- Parking charges which had not been in force in the past.
- The hot tub, it doesn¿t have a stairs going into it rather it has a pool ladder. Not safe for seniors or people with special needs.
- Would have preferred one of the newer renovated rooms especially since it was relatively empty.

The location! It is so perfect. The mall is across the street and looking at the window with a wonderful downtown view! The hotel¿s modern interior design is wonderful and artistic together with their room. And all clean & well maintained.
