- No elevator; I had a room on the second floor and had trouble accessing it because I walk with a cane and getting my luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult. Also, the breakfast isn't high quality - all cold except the toast.
- I thought the breakfast options could have been better. There were no hot items, which almost every hotel has.
- The parking lot was not looked after. Ice build up in front of rooms. When I stepped out of my vehicle it feel down and hurt myself. The matter's on both beds had springs poking out. New up grades. The TV on had 5 channel's in a satellite system.
