- It was -51 with the wind chill and there was no heat in the room. Heated with space heaters when I asked for a refund they said they could not. Water in shower went from scolding hot to freezing cold. T.v didnt work, breaker kept blowing due to all the space heaters trying to warm the room Breakfast doesnt start till 8 which is not helpful when most people have to be gone early in the morning Double charged us -one of the charges was refunded but lucky I caught it Would never stay here again
