- The front desk staff needs training to be able to talk to the customers politely to do their job effectively. Hotel management needs to ensure that training was completed before putting them to work.
- Didn't have usb connection in room and contacted front desk they wouldn't give me a charging option and no retail store near hotel
- Air conditioning in room did not work and was 27 in the room in the morning
