- The service was exceptional

- It was fun to be in a theme room¿¿¿¿& that the kids had a big jacuzzi tub to play in¿¿great location you just walked into the mall
Cons -
- No charging systems in the room
- The elevators were very slow and there is only an emergency exit stairwell which we could not use. Our coffee machine did NOT work and we informed the Hotel 3 times and did not receive a working machine until 10:30 PM on our last night.
- Oddly no microwaves in the room...¿¿
