Pros +
- I liked the valet service and how quickly they brought the car around, considering how busy the hotel was. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and quiet.
- I remember hotel was really good back in days now rooms felt old noisy it didnt meet my expectation
- air conditioning was non existent
Cons -
- I loved the pool area but it was overrun with screaming children at 9 pm, it would have been nice if there was an adult only swim time, but I realize the hotel cannot control that.

- The Club lounge was a huge disappointment and the robe was bloodstained and dirty on the cuffs. There were no extra toiletries or anything thst made this room or experience spThey need to go to the Fairmont Palliser to see what a lounge should look like.
