- The stuff at the reception was very helpful and knowledgeable about Banff and the area.
- 15 minutes walk yo town OR 4 mins free bus ride from the front of the hostel. Friendly, courteous & accommodating staff. The kitchen is soacious & it is very well complemented by the dinibg room. The restaurant is a welcome plus to those who dont cook
- Hotel is kept very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and polite.
Cons -
- I wish they put guest by gender, female with female and male with male. Also I stayed 6 nights and had to use the same towel all the time. For such a long stay it could be replaced at least twice.
- I bunked in a co-ed room; the space in between the bunks isnt as wide as HI-Calgary.
- Bunk beds are small if you're over 6ft and the footboards don't let your feet hang. Also only 2 showers and 2 toilets per floor.
