The Oswego Hotel is located on a quiet street a few minutes' walk from Victoria’s parliament buildings and historic harbor. Our facilities include secure underground parking, an on-site restaurant, fitness facilities, and a quiet outdoor zen garden. Rooms and suites at Oswego all feature full kitchens. The hotel is family-friendly with dog-friendly suites available upon request. EV charging stations are also available on a first-come first-serve basis in our underground parking area. We are proud to welcome guests from both Canada and around the world to the Oswego Hotel. Our guest-care team is available to help make your stay comfortable and to help recommend things to do in Victoria.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Oswego Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

- The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended.
- The room was tastefully appointed, comfy bed, great bathroom, best bathrobes ever! Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons -
- Pillows are a bit too thick for my liking. Other then that everything else was perfect.
- The mini fridge was so loud it kept us awake. The 2nd night when our food was gone we unplugged it. The freezer didn't work. The lobby smelt heavily of someone's perfume.
- There is no central AC and our 2-bedroom suite only had a window AC unit in one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom was very hot. Also, the shower in the main en suite bathroom was tiny. I kept hitting my elbows on the wall when showering.
