Dead bugs around bathroom sink. Fridge and AC was shut down when we arrived.

Clean, quiet, comfy beds and the staff are amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

We decided to stay in Barriere on our way home to Vancouver. We were greeted at the door by hotel employee who was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay there again.

Easy access and you can park your car right outside your room. The bed was extremely comfortable and nice and firm. The room was nice and clean and smelled fresh. There were enough pillows and blankets. I visited in November and the room was just right for warmth. The room came with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave and dish towels in addition to the bathroom towels. Overall it was very comfortable

The instructions to operate the TV were confusing

We are using this motel since years to visit our family in Barriere lots of room in #1 with king sz bed, very comfy bed, we liked the real cups & glasses- wow, no paper cups, fridge and microwaveWe had some trouble with the new entry door lock system - no key anymore. Staff was very friendly and helpfulyou can hear the trains in the night - just close the windowthe price for 2nigths $255 is reasonable

Rooms had clearly been recently updated. Very clean. Nice little kitchenette. Comfortable bed.

A fairly strong smell of insecticide. On the plus side, no bugs!

Very convenient location, ground floor and no second storey rooms.

There are railroad tracks on the backside of the motel and a little noisy during the night but if your tired that should not disturb you.

The room was pretty good, beds were comfortable. The staff is excellent. Very personable. Kitchenette was cool. Close to restaurants, gas stations etc.

The Motel is right next to trains tracks, so when the train goes by, which is a few times a day/night, it sounds like it’s coming right through the room. There was food left in the fridge from the previous guest, and the shower head needs a good cleaning. Toilet flushing lever needed jiggling to stop the water from running.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean and no strange smells (I have a sensitive nose lol)

Well not too big of a deal, but it looked like there was still some renovating being done in the room, particularly the bathroom.

It had a kitchenette which was perfect for our 5 day stay. Picnic tables and fire pit right outside our door. Had a fire every night. Parking was good.

It was very easy to check in and it was nice that you could park right outside your room

It was absolutely freezing, they knew we were coming but the heating was off. The kitchen had plates and a stove but no cutlery, there was a big hole where an appliance used to be. I wouldn't say it was dirty but it was not exactly clean. Train was very noisy.

It was pretty good.

The train is loud however it’s hard to get around that in Barrierre. Bring your own comforters as the coverlets aren’t ample. Good space for the nightly cost.

Close to the town and large property

Double train track directly behind the Motel with trains off and in all night.

Good location. Good price. The staff was friendly.

The railway right behind the motel runs all night almost non stop. Kids were okey with it and slept fine though. The air conditioner doesn't do the job and you cannot open windows because of the train. Ok to spend a night on your way somewhere..

The bed was comfortable and there was a good selection of tv channels.

It bordered beside a busy train track that ran all night. Too noisy no sleep. The coffee pot was broken in the room and didn’t work.

While I did hear trains pass through, it didn't bother us at all. We woke to a glorious view and there is a wonderful breakfast restaurant almost next door (Station House). The owner of the motel is very nice. I felt our business was appreciated. I will definitely stop there again.

At the price point we paid, there were no negatives.
