Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be canceled on arrival. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, a valid credit card is needed to confirm bookings, and Visa Debit cards are not allowed to guarantee bookings. The property will pre-authorize cards to guarantee bookings, otherwise reservations will be canceled. Please note the elevator is out of service until August 2020.
