Located 7 miles from Sproat Lake Provincial Park, this Port Alberni hotel features a café and bar, has a seasonal outdoor pool and spacious guest rooms with free Wi-Fi. - I really cannot knock anything about this place. It was everything I needed and expected. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly yet professional. The food was great. Overall, exactly what I needed.
- Great clean room for a quick night sleep
- Clean room. Great bedding and big fluffy towels!
Cons -
- No restaurants nearby open later than 8pm
- Everything was very nice
- Rooms do not have microwaves in them (staff did offer to heat up a meal in the kitchen), beds are uncomfortable, breakfast is not included. The motel has an odor to it - probably used to have smoking rooms that are now non-smoking. Overall looks cheap.
