Pool was warm which was great for this cold April 2022.
Clearly staffing shortages with mixed information led to some confusion during our stay. Restaurant was not open for three days and when it was the food could have been better. We chose to eat off site out of necessity at first, then by choice.

Pool and beach staff were extremely helpful. Friendly and went above and beyond. The front desk were friendly and answered questions quite well.
When we checked in, not only did the hotel not have the right information from the booking site in regards to room selection and special requests but they did offer to move to another room that was away from the elevator but not the view we requested.
