people who ran the hotel were very accommodating and polite. The location couldn't have been better. Expensive though for what we got.

This is a very old hotel which has not been upgraded and the furnishing, bedding, carpets, etc. really showed it. Things just felt kind of grungy. There was no air conditioning so our first room was unbearably hot. 2nd room better.
