Pros +
- Walking distance to everything. Especially the amazing park directly across the street.
- Easy check in/ check out friendly staff clean
- Nothing. The staff was brutal and simply didn¿t care about the parking issue. After a long day of travel and wanting to check in they didn¿t care about telling me to come back in three or so hours (after a hockey game) to check in late that night!
Cons -
- The lights in the bathroom could be brighter. It has a dimmer switch but even moving it up to the brightest setting was still too dim.
- The windows in my room were filthy!! You could not see through them. Then they downgraded my room as well to a king instead of two queens. There was NO bathtub
- The staff & parking. There was no where to park. When I asked the front desk staff where I could park they advised there was a hockey game on and I would have to come back after the game. They had no other solution. This was completely unacceptable.
