Location was great staff were friendly.
Location - close to the mall, gas station, Tim Hortons. Free continental breakfast was nice. Mini kitchenette in room (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker).

Cons -

The hotel has very thin walls and our neighbouring room had a really good fight going on late into the night. We asked them to keep it down and then we phoned the front desk and they asked them to keep it down but no one actually did anything about it
The room was not clean, floors were very dirty, shower/tub had a lot of soap scum. And shower curtain was stained.
Cleanliness of the bathroom - urine at the base of the toilet and the toilet handle was broken. I asked for it to be repaired but they said it couldn?t be fixed. Exhaust fan filters dirty. Also, there were some loud voices at night, preventing sleep.

Checking out

Location was great staff were friendly.

This is somewhat difficult to find, but fortunately our son is in University in Kamloops and he was able to come and help us find it. It's in a busy area.....but it was very quiet at night and there was little light to interfere with our sleep.

This room looked very nice with vinyl plank flooring, but without carpet my husband could not do his daily exercises in the morning. The breakfast looked very nice with croissants, muffins, bread and a toaster. There were also cereals, juice and coffee
