Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note, we offer limited suites that are designated as pet-friendly. If you are planning on bringing your pet, you must contact the hotel directly to check availability. We cannot guarantee that we will have a pet room available upon arrival without prior arrangement. Guests who bring pets into unauthorized units may face a charge of $500 to deep clean the accommodations following their stay. Renovation work is done from (08:00) to (18:00) daily. The lobby, exterior, and guest rooms will be under renovation throughout 2024.
