- It was clean, comfortable and very affordable.
- Price.
- Extremely friendly hosts. Great back yard space for dogs. $20 extra for the dog. Beds were old and springy. Sheets were scratchy and looked like they were from the 80's. Two double beds were stuffed into a room not big enough for one. Bathroom was clean.

- The room is very small and the bed was uncomfortable.
