Location was stunning!Fast/easy check in, Member of staff was very helpful, made life easy!Room was so spacious, we booked for 3 people and was more than enough room.The views of the river, the peace and quiet made the stay feel very tranquil and all in all a great experience!

Only one thing which was a slight issue was we only had 2 towels for 3 people, but was no major drama!

The basecamp needs more hooks, or shelves or anything to store personal belongings. It is very nice in the kitchen, living and bedroom area. but not enough storage. The bathroom is really lacking any area to hang, or store anything other than 1 towel. would greatly increase comfort. Thank you

not snow shoveling. shovels available for guest use . . . not sure that's what I paid for. Not enough hooks, shelves, luggage racks.

The facilities are convenient and feel like a small apartment, with a private terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need to do groceries and cook. The hot tub was also in good condition. Nice amenities.

We had to book through Booking because the property does not have on-site staff. There is even a sign at reception stating that they do not offer 24/7 service and recommending to look for a staff member during check-in and check-out hours. After booking online, you receive a code to access your unit and handle everything on your own. Once you book, the number of emails you receive is unnecessary, between the property and Booking, I received 7 emails even though I only stayed about 12 hours.The bathroom is very small, I’m not sure if some units have a bathtub, but ours only had a shower. The bed mattress is quite firm, at the point that one person actually preferred sleeping on the sofa, which was more comfortable. We paid with a debit card, and a deposit of around CAD 300–400 was held (I don’t remember the exact amount). At checkout, when we asked for the room to be inspected so the deposit could be released, we were told it would take about 3 hours to check the unit and that the deposit would be returned to our account in approximately 3 to 5 business days. This was not communicated at the time of booking. I asked to speak with a manager, but once again, there was no one available. At the end, I received the money back the next day but it was inconvenient for our trip.If you’re traveling with family, staying at least two nights, and paying with a credit card, it would be a good option. Honestly, for the price, I think staying at one of the ski-area resorts nearby offers better value. We chose this place for the view, but unfortunately it was foggy the entire time, so we couldn’t even see the river.

Very spacious for 4 (or even 6). Very clean. Nicely equipped. Loved the many hooks. Hot tub was good.

Great facility. Clean, roomy beautiful view. short drive to town. Wonderful. We will return!

Location on the river and hot tubs.

Double beds are too small in both bedrooms. It would be better with queens. The road is noisy starting very early with logging trucks.

Loved the hotel, location and view. We booked the hotel for a friends birthday due to the location and mainly for the hot tub, as we had a big hike that day and wanted to relax and unwind in the hot tub after a long, wet day

When we arrived, the hot tub was closed, and on top of that, we had no hot water for bathing during our stay which was pretty disappointing.

The room was very spacious and the view was incredible. It was just 5 minutes from Revelstoke but it was like being in the wilderness. Very quiet and peacefull.

So clean, so spacious, and so comfortable! Perfect for a group of friends.

A peeler in the kitchen would have been very helpful!

The resort was beautiful - the location along the river is stunning and the units are massive. It was perfect for us.

The location was amazing. Our room was on the river side which was spectacular.

The toiletries were heavily scented.

We can't give this a proper evaluation as we arrived at 1 am due to an accident along Highway 1. The unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we appreciated being able to do some laundry before leaving. It was a very short stay and we didn't have an opportunity to look around the resort.

Maintenance issues: a lot of dead bugs in the room, inner doors could not be closed, hardly moving dishwasher door, some places of cracked floorNo gymNo direct reach to the room without stairs

Beautiful view very clean and quiet

Nice little kitchen with regular size fridge, dishwasher and stove. Comfy bed. Great size for 2 (plus a dog ?) and could have stayed 3-5 days easily

Little space to open luggage and could use a second bed side table.

No breakfast, but the apartment was small but fine. Loved the hot tub and the grill.

A little more storage.

Beautiful location and the apartment was well appointed and just what we wanted

We were booked in a ground floor apartment but that required carrying our luggage up and down more than 22 stairs to get to our ground level apartment!
