- The cleanliness
- Great location to restaurants and the skytrain. Great location overall, hotel features an awesome happy-hour, pool-side seating and great food.
- Awesome Hotel nestled in the heart of Burnaby. Close to all amenities including the Sky Train within a 10-minute walk.
Cons -
- The hotel rooms look old and run down me and my family seen rats running around the parking lot! The hotel restaurant food was nasty
- Some equipment is damaged and cannot be used: such as microwave ovens, safes, desk lamps, etc.
- Beds were too small for two people especially for the price we paid.
