The Castle at Swan Lake

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Castle at Swan Lake of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the swimming pool is closed for the Winter season. Please note, the front desk closes at 23:00. Guests arriving later must contact the hotel directly to arrange for a late check-in. Please note that the property is built on the side of a hill so it may be difficult for some guest's with mobility issues. Certain rooms are partially handicap accessible. Please note, room views can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed. To cover the additional maintenance/cleaning costs of keeping a pet in-room, an additional fee of $25 a night will apply at check in. The Hotel reserves the right to decline pet stays for rooms that are not pre-arranged prior to arrival. In consideration of guests with allergies any pets found in a non-pet room will result in a $250 allergenic cleansing fee
