- We were told it was 15 minutes from the old city - it was 30 minutes away. Also the hallway carpets smelled old and musty and the carpet in the room was dirty. I am gluten free and there was virtually nothing to eat other than bread and bagels and cereal.

It is located close to shopping ,restaurants ,hospital and the University of Laval. The price is good.
The room was not dark enough to sleep well. Having lights on all night in the hall and outside the room is just not necessary . If these lights were off just think of the saving . It would also reduce greenhouse gas output of this hotel
