Please inform Duncan Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If the guest has a pet (We require one pet only and weight under 40lb), they need to pay $100 pet deposit. The $200 guest deposit does not include the $100 pet deposit. If a guest's pet causes damage that costs more than $100, the guest must take over the over damage fee. Please note, Our Deluxe Room and Family two beds room suites is not allowed pet to stay.
