- hotel front desk went above and beyond to track down a luggage cart for me
- Breakfast was the only thing good about this hotel
Cons -
- The beds only had 2 pillows per bed. Went and asked for more, and was told no. It's very outdated, and the room had carpet that probably had more germs than a toilet seat. The price for the room was NOT appropriate for the quality.
- Pool was dirty. Algae growing on the windows and walls.
- Complete lack of service rate from checking to check out. The only thing good was breakfast.
