- Several things were subpar; 1) Accessing emails or the internet, in general, was sporadic at best and non-existent at times 2) The safety latch for the door to the room would not work 3) Between 8:00am and 11:00 am there was no hot water available for showers etc. 4) The knobs for the shower and sink were not working well. The shower would not stop leaking and the hot water sink knob turned the wrong way
