- The beach area and facilities were beautiful and the amenities were nice. The bell hops were responsive to needs. They actually need the work of the front desk saying that an assigned room that the front desk labeled as ground floor had 32 steps.

The beach area and facilities were beautiful and the amenities were nice. The bell hops were responsive to needs. They actually need the work of the front desk saying that an assigned room that the front desk labeled as ground floor had 32 steps.
No hot water, no air conditioning, and the phone didn't work. Guest services were unresponsive to issues. My husband has mobility issues and the hotel is inaccessible with steps with no handrails to everywhere.
