- the service staff - at the bars- restaurants- gardeners were all friendly and cared to our wants or needs
- Everything was good from the check in through check out. The hotel territory is big enough, but all the amenities are conveniently located in the same area. Good food options and entertainment, though we stayed just for two nights. Clean, well-maintained.

Cons -
- the food can use some improvement as far as the buffet styles - the other restaurants were very good
- The buffet: the food wasn't good. The hamburger meet was under cooked. The surrounding restaurants have dress codes. I got food poisoning from the treat they had for us in the room.
