Guest Rating
Good
Pros +
- Location, Good to take long walks by the malecon and Colonial Zone.
- Absolute best hotel in the area.
- The hotel price is too much compared to the room and hallways. Rooms are so outdated. The hallway carpets so dirty and smells. I could ve gotten better quality for the price paids
Cons -
- Air conditioning wasn't working properly. I told one employee and he insisted was ok or make a complain next day. Room 724
- Rooms are outdated. Saturdays no parking for your car as they have a night club on the premises. The staff gets a 10/10 they were nice but the hotel needs updating
- Nope
