- Restaurant hygiene.. Found a human hair in my fries one day, and following day my wife found a piece of thin white styrofoam inside her hamburger.
- I was there from Friday to Sunday and they never clean my room I ordered food and Friday to the room and when I left on Sundays the plates still on my room, the rooms are to small and the kitchen tooNunca me cambiaron la toalla, ni limpiaron estabasucia
- They don't have what they offered like packing and gym.. the room is very small for the price and I had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper, because it was not changed Or replaced
