- The Location is perfect and the staff was very friendly.
- The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is near many fantastic restaurants and other places of interest. Overall I would recommend it to everyone!
- The pool area is beautiful and the front desk staff was very accommodating

- N/A
- The traffic in this part of Santo Domingo can be daunting, but that really has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just an FYI.
- The air conditioning was hot at all times specially at night, the control at the room is a joke, it doesn't work. To me that's a big problem, I may try it again, at this time, not sure.
