- The staff here is always so nice. I?ve been here several times only for the staff.

- Carpet in the hallway of each floor. Either put new carpet in or get rid of it all together.
- The bed, I thought it was just the room I stayed in but now this being my 4th time in the hotel this year. These beds are super firm and gives me back pain
